Our April 2025 Walking Challenge was more than just a fitness initiative – it was a company-wide effort to promote physical wellness, encourage team bonding, and add a healthy dose of friendly competition to our workdays. And the results? Absolutely inspiring.
A Month of Movement
Over the course of the month, our dedicated employees collectively walked an incredible 29,845,753 steps – the equivalent of walking from Bangalore to Ladakh and halfway back! 🌍 Whether it was a quick stroll during lunch, an evening walk, or a morning jog, every step counted toward a larger purpose: bringing our team together and infusing our workdays with energy.

The challenge wasn’t just about numbers – it was about community. We were thrilled to see teams motivating each other and individuals pushing their limits.
We also recognized our top individual performers:
- Top 2 Male Steppers – for going above and beyond in their personal step counts
- Top Female Stepper – for leading the charge with consistency and enthusiasm
Why It Matters
More than anything, the Walking Challenge reminded us of the powerful connection between well-being and performance. Short walks became opportunities for fresh thinking, casual conversations turned into brainstorming sessions, and the collective energy uplifted the entire workplace.
