About Shri Pannalal Biswas
Shri Pannalal Biswas has been leading InPhase Power Technologies Pvt. Ltd. as the MD & CEO since 2014. He holds an M.Tech in Power Electronics from IIT Kanpur, one of India’s most prestigious institutions, completed in 1993. With over 30 years of experience in the power electronics and power quality domain, he has played an instrumental role in innovating and implementing sustainable power quality and energy efficiency solutions.
Before joining InPhase, Shri Biswas served for nearly two decades at ABB, where he rose to the position of Assistant Vice President (AVP). During his tenure, he led key projects involving high-level power system solutions. His early career also includes research and development work at CPRI, where he focused on power quality product development.
A prolific contributor to the field, Shri Biswas has authored numerous technical papers that have been featured in both national and international forums. His work consistently reflects his commitment to providing affordable, reliable, and efficient power quality solutions across sectors such as:

- Data Centers
Under his leadership, InPhase has successfully delivered over 600,000 amps of STATCOM, SVG, and Active Harmonic Filter (AHF) solutions across India. This includes hybrid power quality systems tailored for industrial and infrastructure projects.
